Linens

Linens are one of the best absolute best ways to transform your space!! While they are an investment, they are one of the most affordable ways to make a large room look full and well designed!

We have a large collection of designer linens on site that we can rent to you at a discounted rate.   This means you won’t have to hire another provider. We’ve got the goods right here, and we’ll take care of ordering them, placing them and removing them for you :)

Here’s some other thoughts that will help as you think about linens:

  1. Ballpark pricing:  AMAZING linens might run $600ish for a 200 person event (depending on linen selected and number of tables).
  2. Linens set the tone for the whole room and should be considered very early in the design process.  We encourage your floor plan to be drafted 6 months prior to your event, and this would be a great time to consider your linen options as it’ll give you a good idea of the style (round vs. long) and number of tables you’ll have.
  3. Final linen orders should be placed no later than one month prior to your event. Order a few extra in case table numbers increase for any reason.

We will contact you 6 months prior to your wedding to work through your floor plan, linens, and any Fancy Fray selections.  If you’re able to come in for this meeting, that would be the best time to view and choose your linens.  If you are not able to come in for that meeting and you are wanting specialty linens, we will need you to schedule a time to come in to view our collection. Please contact us and we’ll get that set up for you.  If you are just wanting basic white, ivory or black linens, we can place that order for you and wouldn’t need you to come in.  Just let us know :)

** If you are looking for “free linen” options, we encourage you to ask caterers when you’re interviewing them if they provide free linens with their packages.  Please note that when vendors provide free linens, it’s more common to include a 90×90 linen or something comparable which does not go down to the floor — meaning they might not be long enough to cover the table legs.  We definitely understand the compelling value of free linens, but we would encourage you to consider just how much of a statement well designed linens can make :)
