What’s the timeline for booking / commutating with the bar look like?.
Great question! Here’s a snapshot of when you can expect to hear from our bar team:
Six months before your wedding: We’ll reach out via email to start putting together a package and getting a feel for what you’re looking at! We’ve found this to be that sweet spot where you have a better idea of your guest count as well as your general dinner menu which are both helpful in selecting the your bar package. Once we’ve put together a quote that you’re loving, we’ll take a deposit (50%) to secure things.
Three months before your wedding: We’ll check in to confirm your package is still looking good! Maybe tweak a few things, etc. If we haven’t already landed on your package and bar estimate, we’d like to wrap up these details by this point. This will help you with your final wedding budget and planning, and will also give us plenty of time to prepare staffing and ordering for your event.
One month before your wedding: If you’d like to make any changes to your menu, we’d love for those to be in at this time and that no changes be made to your package or drink selections within 30 days of your event.
