Included Coordination

Service should never be an add-on. Full-coordination is included with every wedding.  This begins with a planning meeting up to a year prior to your wedding during which we’ll help with your full day-of timeline, vendor recommendations, layout, bar package and walk you through a full design process.  We’ve got your full setup and teardown included and will help coordinate every step of your ceremony and reception.

Furniture You Don’t Have To Rent

We have a LARGE collection of turn of the century, mid-century and modern furniture available at no additional cost to complete your reception design [link to furniture] with soft-seating lounges.  Our collection of chandeliers is large enough to line your ceremony aisle, and add featured design over your head table, family tables,  vignettes and even your dance floor.

Modern Dinnerware Collection

You have the option of renting dinnerware through your caterer, or choosing from our curated collection [link to design suite] to elevate your table design for approximately the same cost.  Our photobooth and up to 10 wood tables are included at no additional cost when you use our design suite (valued at $1750).

Green Room

Cheney is the only wedding venue in West Michigan with hundreds of potted plants and a collection of table lamps and hurricanes/candles available onsite.  Inquire to learn more about our optional tabletop packages — “A Little”, and “A Lot” — as well as our tall plant collection which is perfect for ceremony and head table installations. Complete packages start at $35/table.

Linens

We’ve curated a collection of hundreds of linens with samples available in our warehouse so we can help with your reception design during your planning.  Linens are the least expensive way to transform space and we make it easier with linens starting at $19/table.
